Actors Jamie Foxx and Bruce McGill were spotted on the streets of Philadelphia as they filmed scenes for their new movie, Law Abiding Citizen, directed by F. Gary Gray. The film, set to be released in March 2010, is about an everyday guy who decides to take justice into his own hands after a plea bargain sets his family’s killers free, and also stars Gerard Butler, Viola Davis, Regina Hall and more.
